It can be hard to find community in Vancouver.
We make it easier.
About Third Space
We host monthly gatherings that bring people together across ages and backgrounds to connect, have genuine conversations, and build community in Vancouver, BC.We're intentional about creating a warm, welcoming and connective 'third space' (places outside of home and work/school to be around community) where there's no networking pressure or phone scrolling - just good people and thoughtful chats. Plus, we always have dessert.Want to get notified about our next gathering?

What to expect at Third Space Nights

Join us on the last Wednesday of every month for:
Activities to meet new people
Inspiring talks from local community-builders
Small group conversations
A ‘live community board’ to share what’s happening around the city
Open space to just hangout
Third Space Nights are designed to make connection easier, with friendly faces welcoming you in, guided activities, and conversation prompts. Each gathering explores a theme that sparks meaningful conversation - like how to meet neighbours in a big city or bring people together through food. Themes are just a starting point - where conversations go is up to you.We occasionally host other gatherings in addition to the monthly Third Space Nights.Gatherings are free or by-donation and tickets are limited to keep the space connective. Locations vary, but are always centrally located in Vancouver in community-oriented spaces. Come on your own or bring a friend - most people come solo! Our community is diverse and intergenerational. As we connect across differences and foster an inclusive space, we are guided by our Community Agreement.
